Concord Community Schools will offer Kindergarten Roundup events at each of our four elementary schools. Dates and times are listed below!
- Concord Ox Bow Elementary:
5:00-6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 23 - Concord East Side Elementary:
5:00-6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 23 - Concord South Side Elementary:
5:00-6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 24 - Concord West Side Elementary:
5:00-6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 24
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
** Students must be age 5 on or before August 1, 2025 **
Early Entrance Kindergarten screenings are available for children who do not meet the age requirement. The deadline to enroll and request a screening is May 23, 2025. Please call 574-875-5161 for more details!
Please bring the following documents to registration:
- Parent/Guardian Photo ID
- Student’s Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Proof of Residency (Mortgage/lease statement)
