Please be sure to bring the required documents such as:
student’s birth certificate, parent ID, proof of residency (i.e mortgage statement or lease contract with parent or guardian’s name), immunizations, and any legal document/medical paperwork the school should be aware of.

For the 2024-2025 school year, Concord will be accepting transfer students in the following grade levels: Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 5, Grade 6, Grade 7, and Grade 9.
Last day for Transfer Student Enrollment is May 29th!
