Each year, the Salvation Army offers a Christmas Assistance program for families of children ages 14 and under who need a little extra help to make the holiday season special. Families who qualify are chosen for adoption once per lifetime and will receive a Toys for Tots voucher, a Red Ribbon basket, and a gift card for groceries. Concord East side hosted their annual Jog-a-thon today! Families and staff joined together to cheer on our students towards their goal of completing laps to raise funds. Thank you to the PTO that made this event possible. This fundraiser is the perfect opportunity to get parents involved at their child’s school. More than 60 Concord High School students participated in the Indiana Latino Education Summit on Thursday at the Century Center in South Bend. The event included a keynote speaker Rafael Sanchez, and the opportunity to speak with college and business leaders. We are proud of these students for representing Concord with pride!
