Registration for kindergarten students for the 2019-2020 school year begins in April.
Children must be age 5 or older on or before August 1, 2019. A parent or guardian must appear in person to register their child.

A parent/guardian photo ID, the student’s birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency (such as a mortgage statement or lease document) are all required documents.
If I live outside of the Concord Community Schools district, when can I apply?
Families with children already enrolled in Concord schools will receive information in the mail in April. Enrollment for kindergarten students who live outside the district but have not previously attended a Concord school begins in May.

What is Concord’s Kindergarten Roundup?
Kindergarten Roundup is an event hosted by your child’s elementary school that provides a time for students and their parents to meet the teachers, visit the classrooms, receive information, and register for the 2019-2020 school year.
When is Concord’s Kindergarten Roundup?
Kindergarten Roundup will be held from 5:30-7 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, at Concord Ox Bow and Concord South Side elementary schools, and 5:30-7 p.m. Thursday, April 18, at Concord East Side and Concord West Side elementary schools.

Families are invited to attend Kindergarten Roundup and fill out paperwork, but will need approval from the building principal before enrollment can be completed.
