Registration for kindergarten students for the 2020-2021 school year begins in April.
Children must be age 5 or older on or before August 1, 2020.

How old does my student need to be to register for kindergarten?
Students must be age 5 on or before Aug. 1, 2020.
I believe my child is ready for kindergarten, but s/he won’t turn 5 until after August 1. Is there a process for early enrollment?
Families may request an early enrollment screening where building and district administrators will consider allowing a child to enroll earlier than age 5. The deadline for early enrollment is July 24. The screening process will occur in late July and early August. For more information, please contact the principal or assistant principal at your child’s future school via email.
What documents should I have available for registration?
A parent/guardian photo ID, the student’s birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency (such as a mortgage statement or lease document).
If I live outside of the Concord Community Schools district, when can I apply?
To begin the application process, please complete the Concord Pre-Enrollment Form. A link to this form can be found at the top of the page.
When is Kindergarten Roundup?
Enrollment for kindergarten students who live outside the district are encouraged to participate in Kindergarten Roundup where they will receive additional information, including a transfer enrollment request form. *Please note: For the 2020-2021 school year, Kindergarten Roundup events will be held virtually via Facebook LIVE. More information can be found on school social media pages.
