CONCORD HIGH SCHOOL

Freshmen & New Student Orientation

DATE: Thursday, August 5
TIME: 10:30-Noon
LOCATION: 59117 Minuteman Way, Elkhart, IN 46517 McCuen Gym. Enter through Door 16.
10:30-11:00 a.m. -- Class of 2025 team meeting in Gym; 11:00 a.m.-Noon -- Guided building tours and games; Noon -- Free lunch provided

CONCORD JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

CJHS Orientation

DATE: Tuesday, August 3
TIME: 5:30-7:00 p.m.
LOCATION: 59397 CR 11, Elkhart 46517. Enter through Door 12
INFORMATION: Join us for a tour of the building, learn about programs and opportunities offered at CJHS. Informational presentations will start at 5:30, 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. Representatives from transportation, food service, athletics, and student services will be available to answer questions. Please have your child check their schedule in PowerSchool prior to attending.

CONCORD INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL

DATE: Tuesday, August 10
TIME: 5:00 p.m. 5th Grade; 6:00 p.m. 6th Grade
LOCATION: 59197 Co Rd 13, Elkhart, IN 46517. Enter through Door 3.
INFORMATION: There will be a short presentation given to the families followed by an opportunity to meet teachers and visit classrooms. Representatives from PTO, food service, athletics, high ability, counselors, and more.

CONCORD EAST SIDE ELEMENTARY

DATE: Monday, August 9
TIME: 4:00-4:45 p.m. Kindergarten; 5:00-5:45 p.m. Grades 1-2; 6:00-6:45 p.m. Grades 3-4
LOCATION: 57156 Co Rd 13, Elkhart, IN 46516. Enter through Door 1.
INFORMATION: Meet your child's teacher and take a tour of the building. Kindergarten parents will meet in the cafeteria for a brief welcome and then visit your child's classroom. Parents may also drop off classroom supplies and other items at this time. Representatives from transportation, food service, PTO and our office staff will be available to answer questions. Popsicles will be provided by the PTO. As we continue to practice safe distancing guidelines, please have only parent(s) and child attend the open house. Please note: Due to the ongoing construction, adjustments may be made to the location of some of the back-to-school event activities.

CONCORD OX BOW ELEMENTARY

DATE: Monday, August 9
TIME: 5:30-7:00 p.m. Grades K-4
LOCATION: 23525 Co Rd 45, Elkhart, IN 46516. Enter through Door 1.
INFORMATION: Families will go on a treasure hunt to explore the building, meet their child's teacher and see their child's classroom. Parents may also drop off classroom supplies and other items at this time. Representatives from transportation, food service, PTO, KidsCare, and the office staff will be available to answer any question

CONCORD SOUTH SIDE ELEMENTARY

DATE: Monday, August 9
TIME: 5:00-5:30 p.m. Kindergarten; 5:30-6:30 p.m. Grades 1-4
LOCATION: 23702 Arlene Ave, Elkhart, IN 46517. Enter through Door 1.
INFORMATION: Families are invited to an ice cream social! Meet your child's teacher, bring school supplies, and enjoy ice cream together. Parents may also drop off classroom supplies and other items at this time. Representatives from transportation, food service, PTO and office staff will be available to answer any questions.

CONCORD WEST SIDE ELEMENTARY

DATE: Monday, August 9
TIME: 5:00-5:30 p.m. Grades 1-4; 5:30-6:00 p.m. Kindergarten
LOCATION: 230 W. Mishawaka Rd, Elkhart, IN 46517.
INFORMATION: Meet your child's teacher, catch up with friends, and join us for an ice cream social in the cafe or courtyard. Parents may also drop off classroom supplies and other items at this time. Please note: Due to the ongoing construction, adjustments may be made to the location of some of the back-to-school event activities.
