Enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year is now online: www.concordschools.com/enroll. This process is for families who are NEW to Concord Community Schools.
The following documents will be requested during the enrollment process:
- Parent/guardian photo ID
- Student’s birth certificate or court documents for legal guardianship
- Proof of residency: Lease agreement or mortgage statement (in-district families only)
- Student’s immunization records
- Student’s medical alerts or conditions
- Any legal documents school personnel should be aware of
TRANSFER STUDENT ENROLLMENT
Do you live outside of Concord district and wish to send your child to our schools? We are accepting transfer students in the following grade levels for next school year: Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 5, Grade 7, and Grade 9. Space is limited and the deadline to enroll is May 26!
Families transferring into Kindergarten and Grade 1, please be aware that your child’s accepted transfer application does not guarantee your first-choice elementary school. Requests will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed. School placements will be determined in the summer months.
EARLY ENTRANCE KINDERGARTEN
For families who wish to enroll their child in kindergarten but they are not age 5 by August 1, a screening process is required. The deadline for early enrollment is May 26, 2023.
